On October 7, the world witnessed an act of genocide carried out by Hamas against the Jewish state. We see that the Nazi ideology of the terrorist group Hamas has moved, from a call for the extermination of Jews, to action. The Jewish people suffered a brutal Hamas terrorist attack in the Negev that claimed more than 1,400 lives and more than 240 people were kidnapped from Israeli territory to the Gaza Strip Terrorists killed, raped, and burned people alive with particular cruelty, shot unarmed youth at a festival, kidnapped children, women and old people in Gaza, filming all these crimes on their cameras, rejoicing in their brutal deeds.

To the great surprise of the civilized world, people were confronted in their cities with millions of protesters who supported the brutal terrorist actions of Hamas, calling for the destruction of the Jewish state and the extermination of the Jews. Millions of supporters of terrorism are no longer just a crowd of Islamic-Nazi extremists, as many want to believe, but a well-organized global movement with a very specific and declared goal - the destruction of Israel.

Many international organizations and academic societies have aligned themselves with Islamic Nazism, using Nazi Big Lies, systematically distorting facts, and applying double standards against the Jewish State. We saw the peak of hypocrisy and the use of double standards at the hearings of university leaders in the US Congress. Representatives of the academic elite, who should defend the universal values of the free world, based on verified facts obtained from verified academic sources, showed the entire free society how they contribute to the propaganda of the ideology of Jewish genocide based on hypocrisy, lies, and double standards. The Academy, represented by university leaders, betrayed not only its Jewish students, who today fear for their safety or have betrayed their country, the United States of America!!! The problem is much deeper and wider!!! University leaders have betrayed the free and civilized world!!!

Based on a context of lies, hypocrisy, and manipulation of facts, they have betrayed their core mission - to bring to the civilized world values and education based on the basic principles of human freedoms, research, verified facts, reliable historical events, and simple truth. The Academy became another tool in the hands of Islamic-Nazi elements and entered the long list of international structures that have set themselves one task - the destruction of the Jewish state.

Despite the tsunami of the Big Lie that has once again struck our people, we do not intend to retreat from our mission and will continue to build Israel, to welcome millions of Jews to our land, to build cities, to establish universities, to conduct research, to invent technologies and to bring universal human values to the civilized world just as we have done for thousands of years. Every person has a choice and everyone can join our mission to make this world a better place. We encourage you, dear friends, to join our mission and be part of a self-fulfilling of Biblical prophecy.

Robert Ilatov, Member of the Knesset (17th-20th convocation)

VISION

Project NHT aims to establish educational and academic infrastructures to build the “Israeli Silicon Valley” in Arad. The core of its activity will function as an eco-academic and create an R&D center to develop an Israeli university.

The academic center and the system around it will form the development of the ecosystem to create a magnet for young entrepreneurs, investors, and start-up companies. This will contribute to the development of the country and knowledge-intensive industries in Israel. Arad and the Negev will become attractive places for Zionist settlements.

GOALS

  • Create the infrastructure to establish the “Israeli Silicon Valley” which will be an anchor for scientific-technological, economic, and social development in Arad in particular and in Israel in general.
  • Advancing Israel’s position as a global high-tech power and preserving its advantage as the most technological and entrepreneurial in the world.
  • The development of human capital and its preservation in order to reduce the growing shortage of thousands of engineers in the Israeli hi-tech industry.
  • Attracting strong populations and growth to Arad and the Negev.

SYNERGY

The five components of the ecosystem will work in full synergy and form the beating heart of the project.

• The startup companies in the knowledge-intensive industries park will carry out research in collaboration with the academic R&D center and its teams.

• The academic R&D center will allow engineers to work in a knowledge-intensive industrial park and thus contribute to the development of Israeli technologies.

• It will provide an opportunity for outstanding boarding school students to continue their professional development at the academic R&D center on an academic reserve track or to join a knowledge-intensive industries park after discharge from military service.

• Encouraging students at the R&D center to volunteer at the technology boarding school and providing learning tools to students.

• The housing complexes will allow comfortable and high-quality living in Arad for the new populations that will operate in the complex.

LOCATION

Located in southern Israel on the border of the Negev and Judean deserts, Arad is an important anchor for settlement in the region. Arad was founded in November 1962 as an Israeli development town, the first planned city in Israel. Arad’s population grew significantly with the Aliyah from the former Soviet Union.

In recent years, Arad has suffered from the closure of businesses and factories. The city needs anchors in the fields of advanced technologies such as IT, space, communications and energy in order to attract strong populations to the city. Due to a lack of infrastructure, Arad is unable to match into the momentum that the Negev is undergoing following the transfer of IDF bases to the south.

Project NHT will make Arad attractive through the establishment of civil infrastructures that will provide solutions for the new families who will move there to be a part of the new “Israeli Silicone Valley.”
